Short answer: No, the work for Amazon.
If someone is under pay by someone else, they are working for someone.
To be self employed, you must be your own boss.
It can be sort of confusing to think about but, if you are taking orders from someone and they have the ability to fire you. You are not self employed.
If you are accepting pay directly from clients and have no higher positions than you, or you created the job yourself, you are self employed.
Here are some examples of being self employed; making and selling your own art, doing garage sales and reselling items for a profit, offering your services for construction or yard work.
Here is another example how how construction or yard work could be considered self employed or not.
If the client is directly paying your for your services, you are self employed. If you have been hired by someone who has their own clients then you are working under someone else and are not self employed.
